Constraints for adding attachements to a cell

it would be great if de administrator could add a constraint-formula to an attachements-cell to limit the potential existing attachments that can be added or prefill a new attachement.

That constraint-formula should be able to use all the cell-values from the form/record and can handle AND/OR combinations.

Like only add a “inventory Item” to an Order when that inventory item has sufficient stock.

Or the inventory-item’s Category must be the the same as the current Order’s Category

Thanks, interesting request, we will consider it. Is the use case where you want someone using the system from making mistakes by attaching a record without stock for example?

Exactly. Some employees dont know or apply all the data quality procedures and enter wrong data into a system. Constraints help to prevend that.
