Importing a Excel spreadsheet into my type “weekly import” used to work. But not anymore. The message says “ import successfully” but the newly imported record is nowhere.
NB is would be nice if these frequent import could be transformed to an automation and to be started with a button or a timer.
Hi @Folkerth, we just tested this internally and we were able to import data without any issues. Is there a XLS file that you can send to us that we can test. You can email it directly to support@anydb.com and we can check it.
fault on me. I capitalized all the fieldnames in my type record. But the AnyDB message says “import succesfull” but no record is created. So this could be improved.
I changed the fieldnames and now import is working again.
Good to know, we will check this error message and open a ticket internally for this issue.
