AnyDB
The SIPOC (Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, Customers) template in AnyDB is a high-level process mapping tool designed to help teams understand and visualize a business process from end to end. It provides a structured layout for identifying the key components that drive value through a process, making it ideal for continuous improvement, quality management, and lean transformation initiatives.
Suitable for
Description
This template divides the process into five core categories:
- Suppliers: Entities or individuals who provide inputs to the process.
- Inputs: Materials, information, or resources needed to execute the process.
- Process: A brief, step-by-step summary of the actions taken to convert inputs into outputs.
- Outputs: Products, deliverables, or outcomes generated by the process.
- Customers: Recipients of the output, either internal or external stakeholders.
Each row in the template represents a complete SIPOC chain for a specific product or service. It includes visual badges that dynamically reflect the process name, action status (e.g., "Analyse", "Improve"), and overall optimization status (e.g., "Optimizable", "Done"). Color-coded formatting makes it easy to visually track which processes are under review or ready for improvement.
