Overview

The Team Overview dashboard provides a snapshot of your current team setup, usage limits, and administrative quick actions. It's the central place for team admins to monitor plan usage and onboard new members efficiently.

What You Can See

  • Plan Details: Displays your current plan (e.g., Free Plan) and options to upgrade.
  • User Count: Shows how many users are in the team out of the total allowed.
  • Usage Summary:
    • Databases used
    • Documents created
    • Templates used
    • Storage consumed
  • Get Started Panel: Quick link to learn AnyDB administration for new admins.
  • Quick Links:
    • Contact Sales
    • Contact Support
    • Join Community

Tips

  • Monitor your storage and template usage regularly to avoid hitting limits.
  • Use the “Invite to Team” button to add members easily.
  • Upgrade from the dashboard when approaching limits for templates or storage.
  • Check the “Billing” section for payment and upgrade history.
